At Klover Moon, we take pride in providing high-quality haircare products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Haircare products that have been tampered with

  • Sale or promotional items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@klovermoon.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue:

  • replacement, or

  • Store credit, at our discretion


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The item was confirmed damaged or defective upon arrival

  • The incorrect item was sent and replacement is unavailable

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the error was on our part


Order Issues & Address Errors

Klover Moon is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
