Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Klover Moon. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification once your order has shipped.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Locations

Klover Moon currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Klover Moon is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Klover Moon is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • You may also contact us, and we will assist where possible

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review your claim and determine a resolution.
